Chinese lanterns

I love the colours that nature creates at this time of year, from deep browns and rusts to warm yellows and oranges. That's why I enjoyed designing this Chinese lantern print for my Spoonflower shop, that comes in shades of yellow, orange and red with deep green leaves.

This print would look great as a wallpaper on a statement wall in the home. There are a choice of wallpaper types in my Spoonflower shop, from peel and stick to a gorgeous grasscloth. You can even buy it as a metallic finish in either silver or gold!

This Chinese lantern print would also look great on tableware. I'm loving the round tablecloth but there are also square and rectangular options.

If a tablecloth is not your thing, these placemats are a nice option. They are made from a cotton linen canvas and come in a set of two.

For pre-dinner drinks, these cute cocktail napkins are perfect. They are also made from a cotton linen canvas and come in a set of four.

Bright blooms

I recently added another colourway to my stylised floral print which is available in my Spoonflower shop on a variety of fabric choices and ready-made items for the home.

The print is already available in quite a few colour. palettes in my Spoonflower shop, but this palette comes in rich pinks and oranges on a deep brown background. It's the perfect print for making a bold statement in the dining room and comes in a pleasing selection of ready-made tableware items.

I'm loving the floral tablecloth option, which has a good choice of shapes and sizes from rectangles and squares to oval and round.

For something slightly less dramatic, it makes a great floral table runner for the centre of the dining table. A floral arrangement or glassware and candlesticks could be matched to this bold print.

For pre-dinner drinks, use these gorgeous floral cocktail napkins and match your cocktails to the bold colour palette in the print.

And for the main event, these good quality cotton sateen floral napkins finish the table decor perfectly.

Another option is these cotton floral placemats. Match the crockery and silverware to the bold floral pattern for some extra drama.

Vintage canned food

I'm in love with this quirky vintage canned goods print I did a while ago for one of the Spoonflower design challenges. I've included some veggies, some fruit and even some fishy options.

This fun print can be bought in my Spoonflower shop by-the -metre on a variety of fabrics or can be bought on ready made items.

I'm loving the tablecloth options. These come in a rectangular option or a circular option.

If the tablecloth is too much, why not go for these napkins instead.

Live life on the veg

Do you know someone who is a keen gardener, has a vegetable patch or even an allotment? This vegetable artwork would make a great gift for them with its hand-drawn, stylised vegetables.

It's printed onto a lovely thick watercolour paper, comes gift wrapped in pink tissue paper and is sent in a hard-backed envelope with an optional gift message. It would make a great addition to the kitchen.

I also have matching veggie items in my Spoonflower shop which include tablecloths, napkins and tea towels among many other items. I'm loving this fun bright tablecloth that comes in a round format or rectangular format.

These vegetable napkins look great on a white dining table or breakfast bar.

If you're feeling really brave, how about this vegetable wallpaper which would make a great statement in the kitchen. Use it on a statement wall or go full-on and use it on every wall.
