Pink sausages

I've been busy with the sausage dog fabric again! This time it's a pink dachshund fabric and I've rustled up a little sausage selection to choose from, which you can see below.

The cosmetic bag is a great size for storing makeup or gadgets

and has a fun pink and white spotty lining.

The coin purse is very cute and is big enough for small change or for storing headphones in.

The tissue holder comes filled with tissues and is a fun way to protect tissues in your bag.

Japanese cuties' big sister

A while ago I mentioned these fab little Japanese cuties on my blog. They are coin purses made from a fabric with cute little Japanese girls on.

The red and blue ones sold at the International Bazaar in Tokyo recently, but the cream purse is still available in my store, so I decided to create a big sister to go with it!

The 'big sister' is the cosmetic bag size and is a great size for storing makeup. It could also be used as a gadget pouch for storing chargers, or makes a great handbag organiser.

I've given this purse a bold black and white polka dot lining as a contrast to the outer fabric.

Back to school

It's back to school time and I'm celebrating with this fun little cotton pouch. It's made from a fab watermelon fabric that I bought on my Paris trip recently. I love the pale pink of the ground and the gold of the melons and I used a grey and white spotty lining that mirrors the watermelon pips on the outside, but in reverse! This pouch could be used as a pencil case or gadget pouch and is the perfect way to see in a new school year!

Pretty in p-oink

Sorry couldn't resist the heading to this post! I do love a pig fabric and decided to make this one up into a coin purse. It matches nicely with the pink and white polka dot coin purse too!

The pink polka dot purse has a pink and white floral lining.

The pig coin purse has a pretty light pink and white gingham lining. These purses could be used for carrying small change, or as a headphone case.

Whale it's about time!

I mentioned on my blog a while ago about the fabulous whale fabric I bought recently and have slowly started making it up into some fun items to add to my store. So far I have made a cosmetic bag and tissue holder which you can see below and I think they make quite a nice little pair!

The cosmetic bag is big enough for makeup items.

It could also be used as a handbag organiser or gadget case.

Both items have the red and white polka dot lining to give it a fresh nautical feel.

The tissue case fits easily into the cometic bag, for instant access when the sniffles kick in....

Doggy bag!

Celebrate the new year with this fab little Boston Terrier coin purse (or French Bulldog if you are in Europe!). It's big enough to fit small change and is the perfect size for storing iPhone earbuds. It also matches the Boston Terrier cosmetic bag, which doubles up as a handbag organiser.

Mini menagerie

There's a mini menagerie growing here at Cheeky Leopard! We have funky zebras, cute elephants, a flock of birds and even Boston Terriers!

I love the bright red of this zebra purse. It is a great contrast to the black and white zebras.

Check out the zebra print lining.

I love these white elephants and they have a happy green ground.

Apparently a trunk facing upwards is good luck!

This flock of birds purse has a nice colour combination. I matched the lining to the purple bird.

Squirreling about

It's that time of year when the weather starts turning and the squirrels are busy in the garden. I see a lot of them bouncing around our garden, either hiding acorns or looking for acorns they've hidden?! There are quite a few fabric designs out there with squirrel motifs on them and I was drawn to their sweet little images.  I recently made two coin purses out of two different squirrel fabrics which you can find in my store here.

This sweet little squirrel coin purse is the smallest size I do and is perfect for squirrelling away small change or for storing iPhone earbuds/headphones in. The outside image is a simple graphic silhouette on a nut brown ground and it has a matching beige and brown polka dot lining.

 This coin purse is slightly larger and is made from a Japanese furoshiki fabric - fabric that is used to wrap presents. I love the soft blue and cream of the deco-inspired design, with the odd brown squirrel here and there. This purse can hold small change and is big enough to keep credit cards in too!

Scottie dogs

I recently added the sweetest little item to my store. This cute little scottie dog coin purse! I love the pink and black colours and couldn't resist adding a fun lining with the black and white paw print. This purse is great for small change or for storing iPhone earbuds in.

Beetle-mania

Back by popular demand, the VW Beetle fabric is back in store in a variety of shapes and colours. This fabric has proven to be very popular and I thought I would add some more of these sweeties to my store.

The cosmetic bag is the perfect size for all your cosmetic needs and can also be used as a handbag organiser or as a gadget pouch for storing all those pesky chargers etc. It has a fabulous matching black and white stripe lining and an antique gold clasp.

London Marathon 2014

The 44th London Marathon is fast-approaching and will take place next weekend on Sunday 13th April. My husband ran the Tokyo marathon last year and I can only imagine how the runners must now be feeling as they count down to the big day.
