The Beetles are back!

This little cutie has proven to be so popular that I just had to bring him back one more time. He is made from a fabulous VW Beetle fabric in black and white, and is the perfect size for storing small change or headphones. You can find it in my store here.

I also have this fabric in a green and cream version and will be adding more items made from that fabric to my store soon. Watch this space...

Beetle-mania

Back by popular demand, the VW Beetle fabric is back in store in a variety of shapes and colours. This fabric has proven to be very popular and I thought I would add some more of these sweeties to my store.

The cosmetic bag is the perfect size for all your cosmetic needs and can also be used as a handbag organiser or as a gadget pouch for storing all those pesky chargers etc. It has a fabulous matching black and white stripe lining and an antique gold clasp.

The coin purse is such a sweet size and can hold small change or earbuds.

It comes in black and white or green and white.

Or you could go for the card case below which has a slightly different VW Beetle print and a snazzy red and white polka dot lining.

Cheeky threesome

Our furniture arrived on Friday! All the way from Tokyo. It was lovely to be reconciled with it all, as well as to be reminded of the infinite amount of fabric I seem to have gathered over my four years in Tokyo! Better get sewing.....

Here are three items I recently added to my Etsy store. A cute polka dot coin purse, a funky VW beetle print glasses case and, my fave, an indigo blue and white patchwork handbag made from fabrics I collected from antique markets around Tokyo. I'm looking forward to sorting through my fabrics now that they are all here and creating some interesting combinations.....

Big bugs

The VW Beetle fabric has proven to be a popular design for me and I have made several combinations of cosmetic bags, coin purses and glasses cases out of it. The most recent addition uses a fabulous fabric with even bigger Beetles on it. It is navy blue and white with a gold clasp and has a lovely brown and cream polka dot lining.
