Leopard lover card case

As a leopard lover myself, I couldn't resist this fabulous fabric and have made it into an unforgettable card case that any leopard lover could not resist.

Pretty pink leopards strut in rows on a soft turquoise blue background,

The card case is fully lined and padded and has two pockets that fit up to four cards each. It's great for using as a business card case, travel card case or credit card case.

This card case makes a great gift for a leopard lover. Items are wrapped in pink tissue paper and are sent out in a padded envelope. You can also have an additional gift message enclosed which means it can be sent straight to its recipient.

London Lover

I'm a London lass and although I've lived abroad for many years, I love London town. Unfortunately I haven't been able to make the most of it during these strange times and I can't wait to get back to going to galleries and visiting museums. In the meantime I'm celebrating London through my Cheeky leopard products! My London face masks have been very popular and I now have a matching London travel card case to go with it. This case is softly padded and can also be used as a credit card case or business card case.

Leopard love

With a name like Cheeky Leopard, it's a good job I love animal prints! I didn't realise how much I loved them until I decided to sort out my wardrobe. I lined up all the items I own with an animal print on them and there are at least 12 pieces! My collection ranges from shoes, a shirt and even a leopard print coat using the more traditional leopard colours.....

....to the more unconventional colours of red and grey, like the skirt and shirt below.

This t-shirt is the funkiest combination in burgundy and hot pink, but it doesn't come out very often!

And it's not just leopard skin that I appear to be into. I also have some zebra print-inspired items including a sweater with a large zebra skin design and a shirt with mini zebras on it.

Along with wearing the prints, I also love to create animal print-inspired items for my store. This includes a funky multi colour leopard print as seen in the cosmetic bag and fabric pot below, both are perfect for storing cosmetics or bathroom items in.

I love zebra motifs and was drawn to this fabric below of a zebra on a turquoise blue ground. It comes in various products including coin purse, glasses case, card holder and tissue holder.

You can also find zebras on a red ground, with a slightly more novelty-inspired zebra. I love the combination of the red and black and white on this tissue holder and card case duo.

Or you can have the zebra print on its own with this tissue holder and card case combo.

Heres to flaunting your inner animal!

Sizzling sausages

Sausage dogs are such an iconic image and a breed of dog that is loved around the world. There are so many fabulous dachshund items out there to satisfy any sausage dog-lover and their distinctive silhouette lends itself to all sorts of interesting items.

This sturdy Brakeburn backpack comes in a pleasing mustard yellow colour and has padded shoulder straps and a selection of zippered pockets to store essential items in.

This dachshund tie was designed in support of the San Francisco SPCA's sheltered dogs and features beige dachshunds with tiny red collars on a chocolate brown background.

For a touch of zing to your outfit without being too zingy, these sausage dog socks are perfect. I love the unexpected colour combination.

Brakeburn has also created some fab wellington boots to match their backpack. Something to brighten up a rain day!

For those chilly nights, this reversible knitted hot water bottle cover is perfect. I love the quirky placement of the sausage dog.

Cheeky Leopard has created some fun sausage dog items that include a glasses case, tissue holder, card case and coin purse. You can find them all in store here.

Lovely lobsters

I do love a lobster design and it seems that there are a lot of lobster motifs out there at the mo. My first spotting was this fab lobster sweater by Louche at Joy. The sweater makes quite a statement with it's bold motif!

If you're wanting something slightly more subtle, White Stuff are also using lobster motifs on a sweater design. This one uses mini lobsters embroidered onto a striped background.

John Lewis seems to have gone lobster crazy and has used the motif on everything from homewares, plates and cushion covers.....

.....to outdoor items such as lie-on inflatables by Sunnylife and a fetching beach towel by Ted Baker.

And if you want the full lobster look in your kitchen, you can even get a lobster clock designed by Tatty Devine at made.com using their trademark laser-cut acrylic.

Tatty Devine also does a fabulous lobster necklace. It looks great with this green sweater.

Cheeky Leopard loves lobster items and has two lovely little offerings in store. They include a tissue holder and a card case. Each have a red and white cotton polka dot lining. Watch out for matching glasses case and coin purse in store soon.

Sausages!

It appears that sausage dogs come in all shapes and sizes at Cheeky Leopard! I love this cute sketched dachshund design and the yellow is such a happy colour. I've made it up into lots of fun items for my store including a coin purse, card case, glasses case and tissue holder. Each item has a contrasting black and white polka dot lining. You can find them in my store here.

The coin purse is great for small change or can be used to store headphones.

Use the card case for travel cards, business cards or credit cards.

The glasses case is big enough to fit a large pair of sunnies.

The tissue holder is nice and bright and easy to find in your handbag.

Magenta madness

I love the colour magenta and there is a lot of it in the stores right now, from fabulously sky high stilettos and damask dresses from Marks and Spencer, to a bejewelled suede clutch bag at Dune.

It reminded me of all the pretty pink items I have in my store.
The coin purse below is made from a lovely thick linen fabric.

The clutch bag below is made from an Indian sari that I collected on my travels in India. The sari has touches of green in it so I decided to make the lining green to match!

The fabric for the handbag below was bought on a trip to Istanbul. It's made from a stunning ikat fabric, where the design is dyed onto the threads before they are woven.

And if you're looking for something a bit smaller, this card case below is perfect. It can be used for storing credit cards, business cards or travel cards and is lightly padded.

Autumn delights

I love this time of year. The leaves are changing colour and the weather is beginning to turn a little colder. To celebrate this I decided to add some autumn-inspired items to my store which include sweet apple designs and bright leaves in lovely fall colours. The leaf fabric is a cotton furoshiki that I bought in Japan. Furoshiki is a traditional fabric used for wrapping presents and they come in many interesting varieties. When I first moved to Japan I was intrigued by the choice of colours and patterns on offer and bought many of them for my fabric stash.

With the apple fabric I made a coin purse and card case combo. The red and white polka dot fabric was the perfect lining for both items.

The leaf fabric is a bold orange and beige colour and I decided to make a fab little tissue holder and glasses case. The perfect lining for these items was a brown and beige leaf fabric from Liberty.

Sew simple

I've recently been adding this little collection of items to my store. Each piece is made from a tape measure fabric that I designed for Makower UK a while ago and I love the bright colour combination. I decided to use a sweet little green and white cotton button lining to match the outer fabric, which compliments it perfectly. These items would make the perfect gift for any sewing addict!

The card case is lightly padded and perfect for storing credit cards, business cards or travel cards.

The coin purse is big enough for storing small change, but also makes a perfect headphone case.

The glasses case is lightly padded and could also be used as a pencil case or as a makeup bag.

The tissue holder is a fun way to store tissues and the bright colours makes it easy to locate.

You can find all items in my store here.

There's not mushroom in here....

....just enough room for this lovely little mushroom combo! It consists of a coin purse and a card case made from a fab purple and pink mushroom fabric.

The coin purse is big enough to fit small change or can be used as a headphone case.

Each item has a bright pink and white polka dot lining that matches the pattern on the mushrooms.

The card case can be used for credit cards, business cards or as a travel card holder.

You can find both items in my store here.
