At 5.30pm I hopped on the bus at Bilbao Termibus and headed to Santander, my next port of call. I’m staying in a rather lovely Airbnb apartment which is rather quaintly called a ‘treehouse’! This is due to the fact that it is on the 5th floor and s bit of a climb! It’s really lovely and its height means I have great views down to the street below. This will be my home for the next three nights.
