On Sunday we headed up to the North coast of Cyprus to have lunch at the most beautiful place in the hills overlooking the sea. It’s at a lovely little place called The Kozan Experience where the owner has created an idyllic environment with a restaurant overlooking the view towards Turkey surrounded by fir trees and a gentle breeze. There was even a hammock to lie in after the kleftiko lunch to enjoy the view. Kleftiko is a meal of meat and veg cooked slowly and sealed in a clay oven.
