On Friday afternoon we headed to the Frida Kahlo museum which held Frida and Diego’s studio and courtyard. It was great to soak up the atmosphere of the surroundings which included the interior of the building with many of their belongings, art materials and art work as well as a foliage-filled courtyard. One section of the museum housed a selection of Frida’s clothes along with a selection of outfits by designers such as Comme Des Garçons, Givenchy and Gaultier who were inspired by Frida’s life.
