After a nice long lie in, we headed uptown to meet a friend for brunch. On the way, we wandered through the mayhem of Times Square and took in all the new buildings that are going up around Central Park.
After a lovely brunch at French Roast on Broadway and 85th, we rented bikes and took a tour round Central Park. It was great to take in the atmosphere and do a spot of people watching. From there, we headed down to Izakaya NoMad to have scrumptious Japanese food with friends.
