On Sunday afternoon Lee and I headed to the newly opened Botanical Gardens which are situated in the immense Chapultepec Park, a heavily wooded park that provides respite from the hustle and bustle. We climbed out of the taxi to be met by hundreds of vendors selling wares, but once inside the park it was beautifully serene.
