Specs appeal

We love a good spectacle design here at Cheeky Leopard and I have a few items in store with some fabulous specs on them. The most recent addition is this fun and summery multi colour glasses fabric that has been made up into  a variety of items. It lends itself perfectly to the glasses case, but also works well on the card case, tissue holder, coin purse and cosmetic bag and you can find them all in my store here.

I designed this glasses fabric to work with a collection that I was involved with at Makower UK. The collection was called Vacation and we used pretty images drawn by illustrator Louise Cunningham. She created the illustrations and I then collated them into a fun vacation-inspired group that included a postcard design, scooters, postage marks and, of course, the spectacles print. Double Vision

We're seeing double at Cheeky Leopard today with this fab spectacle combo! It's compiled of a roomy tote bag and matching glasses case in a vibrant magenta and black spectacle fabric. This would make the perfect gift for a book worm or student - a funky book bag with a fun glasses case to match. You can find them in my store here.

This pink and black fabric makes quite a statement and is made from a thick, sturdy cotton.

Both items have a fun black and white circle lining to compliment the outer fabric.

Quite a spectacle!

Over the weekend I was quite busy creating a selection of be-spectacled items. I love this quirky print and am using up the very last of my supply on three little lovelies. I decided to create a gift set, using the specs fabric as a softly padded tote bag and glasses case set which you can find in the gift set section of my store.

To match this, you also have the softly padded iPad case with a bright pink button closure. 

All three items have a stunning hot pink cotton lining. Irresistible!

X-ray specs

I've gone a bit crazy with the pink today and have just added two magenta pink items to my store - a cosmetic bag and a tote bag. They are both made out of a fab spectacle fabric that I bought in Tokyo a while ago and this is the last of the fabric! I also have some in bright green, so watch this space for an injection of green specs some time soon.

Father's Day gift ideas

Father's Day is fast-approaching and much as we love them, dads can often be hard to buy prezzies for. Maybe this is the answer - a funky gadget pouch! It may not be for everyone, but I have put together a selection of funky, more manly prints with complimentary linings. It's the perfect place for storing phone, chargers and other gadgets that are necessary for the metrosexual pop in your life.
