Adorn

Now that Christmas 2025 is over, look at what I've designed for Christmas 2026! These designs were created for Makower UK for a collection called Adorn. It includes decorative elements such as sarasas, scrolls and stars, combined with foliage in a rich red, cream and green colour palette, and topped off with metallic gold touches.

This beautifully decorative design is called Bloom and is inspired by traditional sarasa patterns. It also includes festive foliage elements such as holly, berries and stylised Christmas roses. This design also comes in a cream version, a red version and a burgundy version.

This Star design incorporates decorative star motifs surrounded by a decorative metallic gold scrolls which gives it a lot of bling! Also available in green and cream.

You can't have a Christmas design without a Holly print. This one includes berries and trailing leaves in a traditional Christmas colour palette. Also available on a green ground and a burgundy ground.

This Garland Stripe is a great way of adding binding to a quilting project or for using as handles for a tote bag, or edging to a table runner. Also available in cream and burgundy.

The Sparkle print is lovely and bright and a great addition to the group. There are a mixture of metallic gold stars mixed in with tonal stars and a tonal background. Also available in cream and green.

The Ornament print consists of a crowded bauble design. Each bauble is highly decorative, with metallic gold to add some drama. Also available on a green background and a burgundy background.

Christmas cookies

I created this cute Christmas cookies design for my Spoonflower shop which is now available on a selection of bright backgrounds. The cookies include Santa heads, reindeer heads, baubles and presents in a stylised cookie pattern. This print is a great way of decorating the home during the festive period.

The green background is light and fresh and looks great on this throw blanket. Perfect for snuggling up with on the long winter nights. It's available in two different fabrics - performance velvet and minky fleece.

The light pink background is really pretty and shows up each cute cookie really well.

It looks great on these placemats which are the perfect addition to festive table decor. They come as a set of two and are made from a good quality linen cotton canvas.

The turquoise background is lovely and fresh, channeling frosty winter days.

It looks great on this sheet set, which is the perfect way to decorate the spare room at christmas. It comes in five different sizes and includes a flat sheet, a fitted sheet and two pillow cases.

The red background is the most festive and is a great way to brighten the home at Christmas.

It looks great on this cushion cover which gives an instant lift to the sitting room at Christmas. It comes in four different sizes and is available in a variety of fabrics.

 

Candy cane Christmas

 I recently created this fun candy cane print for my Spoonflower shop and I'm loving it! It's a great print for decorating the home over the Christmas period and the print comes in three different colour versions.

The green candy cane print is the most traditionally festive and looks great on tableware such as this candy cane placemat. Perfect table decor for the big day. It's also available on napkins and tablecloths.

The turquoise candy cane print is lovely and fresh and sets off the red and white of the candies. Some candy canes have a sprig of holly.

This candy cane print looks great on bedding such as sheet sets and duvet covers. It's a great way of decorating the spare room (or sofa bed) for Christmas guests.

The pink candy cane print is so sweet and fun and great for decorating a child's bedroom.

It looks great on this cushion cover that is made from a linen cotton canvas and comes in various shapes and sizes.

Novelty sweaters

 The craziest sweaters come out at Christmas and I'm celebrating them with this little print. It includes Santa, a snowman, a penguin and a gingerbread man, as well as traditional fairisle designs and the odd snowflake or two.

I've added this print to my Spoonflower shop and you can buy it on a variety of fabrics by-the-metre as well as on ready-made items. Here are some of my favourites.

Use it to decorate your bed with this fabulous sheet set. It comes in many sizes and is made from a soft cotton sateen.

It also has a matching duvet cover.

If the bedding is too much, this throw pillow is perfect for accessorising the bedroom or living room at Christmas.

And you can snuggle up in the cold winter evenings with this cute cosy throw blanket.
