Vanishing Lace

To celebrate the opening of its new store in Stratford, John Lewis has launched some exclusive limited edition pieces of Ercol furniture, customised by British designers. My favourite is the cabinet by design duo Clements Ribeiro who have decorated the front with a dip-dyed lace design. If the £2,500 price tag is a bit steep, you could always go for a cushion in the same print - still as beautiful, but a bit easier on the wallet.....
