New quilt idea
I started this quilt a while ago and have really enjoyed buying the fabrics for it. They are mostly silk and pieces that I have found in shops around Tokyo. There is so much to discover and some really beautiful pieces. They are often sold in small amounts, so perfect for a quilt design. I enjoy sewing them together "organically" - much better for someone who is a bit umprecise when it comes to piecing.....
