Hello Spring!

I recently designed this collection for Makower UK called Hello Spring. It includes bunnies and flowers in a fresh spring colour palette.

The main design includes birds and butterflies that flutter amongst the bunnies and flowers.

This loose spot design makes a great blender.

The Easter egg print comes in vibrant colours and pretty patterned shells.

Cute chicks hatching from eggs, great for using as an easter design or for nursery decor.

Daffodils are the quintessential spring flower.

Easter gifts

I can't believe Easter is almost here! You've still got time to stock up on some Easter treats and there are some great prints in my Spoonflower shop. Buy fabric by the yard and create your own Easter items or buy them ready made on items such as table cloths, napkins, table runners and cushions in a variety of Easter prints.

The rabbit heads are a great scale for adding to a table runner and you can add matching napkins too. This print also comes in a pink colour palette.

The little chick print is perfect for these cocktail napkins.

Easter eggs adorn these fabric placemats.

The eggs also come in a pink colour palette.

The hatching chicks are a larger scale and work perfectly on this round table cloth.

How cute is this cushion?! Perfect for giving as a non-chocolate gift to someone special.

Easter treats

Easter Day is nearly here and all the shops are selling wonderful Easter cards and decorations as well as the very tempting array of easter eggs and chocolates.

If you're looking for an alternative Easter gift to the chocolate variety, why not give a Cheeky Leopard item instead? We have a massive array of purses and bags with Easter-inspired themes, and they will last a lot longer than a chocolate egg!

I love this fresh, simple red and white rabbit print. The glasses case can also be used as a phone case and I like to use the coin purse for storing my earphones in.

I thought it was a fun idea to combine chickens with eggs to create this gift combo. The chicken cotton pouch can be used as a cosmetic bag, travel bag or pencil case, and the egg coin purse is big enough for coins and credit cards.

These two green and white bunny items are so sweet and make the perfect Easter gift combo.

The tissue holder is a handy item to carry in your bag and the pouch makes a great travel bag or fun pencil case.

If bunnies and eggs are not your thing, then we also have sheep which are not so obviously Easter, but scream of spring. Both the glasses case/phone case and coin purse come with a fun blue and white polka dot lining.

Easter bunny

It looks like Mr Easter bunny is on his way! This pretty little rabbit purse is made from a pink and white Japanese tenegui fabric that I bought in Tokyo. I love tenegui fabrics. They are used for all sorts of things, from wrapping presents to drying dishes and come in fabulous prints and colours.

I decided to give this purse a lovely little pink floral lining, made from a furoshiki fabric which I also bought in Tokyo. Furoshiki fabrics are used for wrapping presents and also come in pretty designs.

You can find this lovely little purse in my store here. It can be used as a cosmetic bag, gadget pouch or handbag organiser and makes the perfect Easter gift.
