It was designed by husband and wife team Liddicoat and Goldhill as their family home. The exterior is made from sturdy Dutch brick with a delicate black glaze, and the two bedrooms, bathrooms and living and dining rooms are all generously lit by big openings and cleverly placed skylights. The small room sizes were counteracted by adapting the ceiling heights to allow for a feeling of space. It's amazing what can be done with such a small space.
